Available in both English and Spanish, the handbook provides practical guidance, reflection opportunities, and formation resources to help school communities foster a deeper understanding of Mercy’s mission and charism.

The resource includes content and tools focused on:

• Mission-centered hiring
• Onboarding for mission
• Ongoing mission formation for faculty and staff, boards, students and families
