This June and July, we invite members of our Mercy school communities to come together for two in-person gatherings designed to inspire leadership, deepen commitment to the Mercy mission, and encourage meaningful action.

Empowering Student Leaders: Conference of Mercy Student Leaders

June 21-24, 2026 | Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania

Do you know students who are ready to grow as leaders, strengthen their understanding of Mercy, and take action for justice? The 2026 Conference of Mercy Student Leaders brings together Mercy students from across the globe for four days of connection, reflection, and skill-building.

Schools are encouraged to send outstanding rising juniors and seniors involved in student government, campus ministry, service, or advocacy. Each school may register up to six students and 1–2 chaperones.

Renewing Adult Leaders: Partners in Ministry Leadership Academy

July 20-21, 2026 | Belmont, North Carolina

Members of your administrative team, faculty and staff are invited to gather for the Partners in Ministry Leadership Academy, a two-day experience designed for those new to leadership roles in Mercy schools, or those seeking renewal in their ministry.

This academy provides space for shared learning, reflection, and conversation centered on the Mercy mission.
