Walking in Catherine’s Boots: Registration Now Open for a Fully Funded Mercy Pilgrimage to Ireland
Mercy Education is delighted to announce a new and powerful formation experience: In Catherine’s Boots: A Mercy Pilgrimage to Ireland.
This fully funded pilgrimage invites approximately 20 educators and staff members from Mercy schools to journey to Dublin, Ireland, home to Catherine McAuley and the first House of Mercy.
Pilgrims will walk the streets where Catherine once walked, spending time at sites central to Mercy history while engaging in guided reflection, community prayer, and conversation.
This pilgrimage is open to heads of school, administrators, teachers and staff members who have at least four years of service in a Mercy school.
Important Dates
- Pilgrimage Dates: August 17–22, 2026
- Application Deadline: March 17, 2026
More information and application instructions are available here.
